Thanks for reading my blog 🙂 My name is Jacinta Harding, a passionate health foodie with a Bachelor of Human Nutrition, about to embark on Masters of Dietetics through La Trobe University in Melbourne, Australia. I love love love reading and writing about what goes into our bodies, and how we can use food to help us achieve our goals for optimal health and wellbeing. I nerd out over raw food, vegan & clean eating recipes, and am endlessly intrigued by the way that society views food, and the role that nutrition plays in people’s lives. I also love yoga, wine, running & swimming (not in winter though folks), and travelling the world. I’m attempting to learn Spanish at the moment too, more on that to come. It’s only my fourth time trying 🙂
One thing I don’t love is meat, it ain’t for me. I am a dedicated pescetarian (that means seafood + veg). I see myself as somewhat of a human guinea pig, testing whether all this hype around meat consumption being linked to chronic disease is true…..so far so good for now. Stay tuned!
